The Role

As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing persuasive and comprehensive bids, proposals, and expressions of interest. You'll ensure submissions are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with client requirements – helping the organisation win major opportunities across the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full bid and proposal process, including drafting, formatting, and submission.
  • Prepare capability statements, CVs, project profiles, and company information.
  • Manage the design and visual presentation of documents, ensuring strong brand compliance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial input.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries, toolkits, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare interview content, presentations, and respond to post-tender queries.
  • Track and report on bid pipelines, win/loss ratios, and performance.
  • Contribute to business development activities and client engagement initiatives.

About You

  • Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe InDesign and graphic design, including organisational charts, infographics, and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised with a positive, can-do attitude.
