An exciting opportunity to work with a leading Australian firm as a Senior Bid Coordinator

Position Overview
We're partnering with a leading architecture firm to find a talented Senior Bid Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is pivotal in shaping the firm's market presence through high-impact, visually compelling bid submissions.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage end-to-end submissions as part of a collaborative and supportive team
  • Own the process-from shaping winning themes to producing visually striking documents using InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with the wider business, including senior leadership with Directors and Associates around bid strategy
  • Maintain and evolve the content library (OpenAsset) and company project database (Deltek Vision); ensuring CVs, project sheets, and imagery are always on point.
  • Support the marketing team where required

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years' experience in bids, submissions, or marketing coordination-ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Ideally a design or marketing related degree (Graphic Design, Communications, etc.).
  • Advanced InDesign and graphic design skills-this is non-negotiable.
  • Strong writing, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
