About the Role

This dynamic position is ideal for someone with proven experience working with participants with high and complex needs, who also understands what it takes to lead support teams and streamline service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support Coordination

  • Build trusted relationships with participants and their families.
  • Coordinate services aligned with participant goals and NDIS plans.
  • Support participants with high and complex needs.
  • Monitor outcomes and funding utilisation to ensure maximum value.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage a team of support workers, including scheduling and performance oversight.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery across all participants.
  • Improve internal systems and processes to boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives.

What You Bring

Extensive NDIS experience in support coordination or participant-facing roles

Proven ability to manage participant care, compliance and service delivery

Experience leading or supervising support worker teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with leadership instincts
