About the Opportunity

As a Senior Program Coordinator for the Single Digital Patient record, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio program support function across a range of projects including planning and coordination, scheduling and tracking progress documentation, and reporting.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a high-performing project support team to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Oversee program-level coordination, resource scheduling, financial forecasting, and reporting.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue management.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to inform project planning, delivery, and governance.
  • Champion best practice project methodology to support successful delivery of complex initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates extensive experience managing medium to large technical or transformational projects at a program or portfolio level within complex service organisations.
  • Possesses recognised project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or equivalent.
  • Has Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, to quality standards, and aligned with established project management methodologies.
  • Excels in prioritising competing demands in a high-volume environment, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach to achieve outcomes.
