Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Provide high level strategic advice and support to the project team on matters impacting change management by understanding and influencing organisational culture.
  • Ensure effective communication, integration, coordination and liaison occurs within the team, branch and department by working collaboratively with key stakeholders to manage organisational change and acting on opportunities for synergy and integration across the department.
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting on the status of change management and communication activities and assist in identifying and escalating key change issues and risks within the project.
  • Prepare, coordinate and analyse reports, submissions, briefings, presentations, speeches, correspondence, responses, and a wide range of communication materials to support and implement the change management process.
  • Apply knowledge of organisational design, change management and communications in support of key program outcomes.
