Your opportunity

The CRM Specialist will lead the implementation and optimisation of a Sales & Marketing CRM across the Seniors Communities business. This role is responsible for supporting the customer journey from lead through to move-in.  

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Configure, manage and optimise CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, scoring and automations 
  • Drive strategic and tactical enablement of the sales team with clear funnel tracking, sales automations, and reporting dashboards 
  • Build CRM workflows that support task assignment, reminders and communication with prospects in long sales cycles 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, CX, and insights teams to align CRM with the full customer journey 
  • Support training and change management for CRM adoption 

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a CRM, Sales Enablement, or Marketing Automation role
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • A background in sectors with long and complex sales cycles (property, retirement, real estate, financial services)
  • Strong skills in funnel analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Strategic thinking with a high attention to data integrity and process improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, digital and insights teams
