**About The Role**
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management Trainer and Data specialist to join our Sales team
Our new CRM Trainer & Data Specialist will be responsible for conducting our company training and optimising our Customer Relationship Management system to enhance business operations, improve customer relations and drive sales and marketing strategies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM systems and best practices.
- Utilize CRM to develop and execute CRM strategies to achieve ROI and KPIs
- Analyse customer data and trends to gain insights and identify potential high value customer leads and opportunities for growth.
- Assist with targeted automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain CRM-related reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations on industry best practices and trends and introduce processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs that drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention and revenue.
- Support other business functions in analysis of business processes and trends and provide valuable insights for improvements and efficiencies.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar CRM roles
- Strong customer data analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Proven results in delivering growth through highly effective CRM initiatives and strategies.
- A data-driven mindset, focusing on leveraging insights and providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills
