ASICS have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as CRM Specialist. This role will work closely with the marketing team, eCommerce team, retail team, and the global CRM team to drive and execute our regional end-to-end CRM & Loyalty strategy.
**So, what goes into making that happen?**
- **Loyalty Member Program**
- Help develop and execute the communication plan for our loyalty program, to increase consumer engagement, loyalty and direct revenue
- Actively launch campaigns and incentives to grow database
- Support the Loyalty Manager to implement new program initiatives that improve the loyalty user experience, alongside global teams
- Closely work with Sports Marketing team to integrate the loyalty program at sponsored events
- Lead the program of work to engage customers with personalised messaging across the consumer lifecycle
- **CRM**
- Manage the CRM platform and roadmap for ASICS Australia
- Build personalised, automated, cross-channel consumer journeys within ASICS CRM platform (SFMC)
- Test, learn and optimise our CRM communications and share learnings and insights with the team
- Work with global CRM team, local IT and retail team to integrate the CRM / membership program with the in-store POS system
- Use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enhance targeting of consumers to drive greater engagement and conversions from ASICS members
- Manage data cleansing, local data mapping, and loading to the global CRM platform
- Be a driver for data usage and future development
- **Campaign management**
- Plan and optimise marketing communications to our CRM database
- Review and optimise existing member journeys, and develop new customer journeys that increase customer retention, customer lifetime loyalty and value
- Cross-channel campaigns: working with the wider marketing team, eCommerce, media and retail on launching integrated loyalty program campaigns
- **Reporting**
- Be the driver of continuous improvement driving a test and learn culture and reporting on impact to marketing campaigns and consumer experience

**That’s enough about us Here’s what we hope to see from you**:
- Prior loyalty program experience
- Experience analysing customer behavioural data with deep segmentation experience
- Experience in using Google Analytics, Salesforce platforms (or similar) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Familiarity with reporting and audience building platforms is an advantage
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders outside of marketing: preferably IT, eCommerce and retail
- Ability to develop strong mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Energetic and flexible individual who is accustomed to working in a fun, fast paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure
