**What you’ll do**

As the CRM & System Integration Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our sales, medical, and marketing teams. You will drive process improvements, automate support models, and feed in ideas for new CRM features. You will also facilitate required training and upskilling for CRM & Lead scoring. Additionally, you will utilise internal communication channels to drive CRM engagement and run management reports to encourage increased usage. You will also support the CRM & Systems Integration Manager in the delivery of CRM strategies that lead to a data-driven, customer-centric organization.

This is a key role in driving the continuous usage of our CRM, Veeva, and other sales platforms that inform and benefit our sales team. This role is core to driving sales team performance through troubleshooting, automating, and finding new ways to solve daily issues. You will also support the CRM Administrator and CRM System Integration Manager in building overarching programs for the organisation.

**Essential for the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proactive, motivated self-starter, with a strong desire to help and a problem solving mindset
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen and customer focus; with the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence
- Exceptional communications skills

**Desirable for the role**:

- Experience in benefits management and realisation
- Business process management experience
- User Centered Design (User Experience, User Interface Design and Business Process Design)
- Experience with Veeva or other CRM
- Experience with Lead Scoring in B2B environment
