Inspire Consulting Australia is a small, family-owned organisation dedicated to helping people with disabilities and the elderly to empower themselves and to live a good life. Our team of 15 highly trained professionals work closely with NDIS participants and MAC recipients, families, and the community to deliver exceptional, person-centred services.

We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our North Brisbane team. In this role, you will guide and support participants on their NDIS journey, helping them understand and implement their plans, connect with services, and achieve meaningful goals.

Thanks to our partnership with MND and Me, you will work with many people diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease, as well as participants with a diverse range of disabilities.

About you:

  • Experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (essential)
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS and local community services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to participant-focused outcomes

Key responsibilities:

  • Support participants to understand and use their NDIS plans effectively
  • Coordinate supports and build strong connections with service providers
  • Foster participants' independence, choice, and control
  • Monitor progress and adapt supports to meet changing needs
