My Supports is a national provider of NDIS supports, offering services such as support coordination, daily life assistance, community participation, and capacity building. Our mission is to enable people of all abilities, including those with complex and high needs, to live independently in their communities. Founded by individuals with lived experience of disability, approximately 25% of our workforce also has a disability, strengthening our commitment to personalized care. We focus on matching clients with support workers based on compatibility, ensuring quality support tailored to individual needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Coordinator. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing client cases, providing excellent customer service, offering technical support, and facilitating effective communication between clients and service providers. Daily tasks include coordinating support plans, helping clients navigate NDIS processes, and ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Case Management experience and Customer Service skills
  • Technical Support skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the disability sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
