BrightSky Australia is the social enterprise of Forward Ability Support and services the ageing and disability sector with medical consumables and equipment across Australia to the home, businesses and government. All profits go towards supporting Forward's community programs.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone ready to step up their career and co-ordinate the day-to-day activity in our Archerfield (QLD) Warehouse. This includes all receiving, pick, pack and fulfilment activities as well as stock management and general cleanliness in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse floor.
  • Manage restocking and effective stock rotation practices.
  • Maintain effective work relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the team and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Ensure the Warehouse is kept orderly and identify safety issues.
  • Induction of new team members.
  • Support skills development and training of staff.

Skills and Experience required:

  • At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role in a Warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of WHS obligations and safety-first mindset.
  • Forklift licence is highly regarded.
