About the position

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays an important role within the Operational Team and is responsible for coordinating day to day Supported Living & other Lifestyles Services offered to eligible NDIS Participant's. The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for achieving the MMS quality-of-service standard and operating effectively under the established practice framework and provisions.

Me & My Support is a Contemporary Disability Support Service that operates as a Registered NDIS throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast. Me & My Support specialises in providing Supported Independent Living options and other lifestyles services funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

NOTE: Must be willing to participate in OnCall duties

Position Criteria

Experience, Attributes & Skills

  • Experience in a similar role, compulsory
  • Satisfactory hands-on leadership experience
  • Experience coordinating supports for people with a disability under the NDIS framework
  • Managing SIL Homes
  • Rostering and scheduling experience, desirable
  • Positive and contemporary attitude
  • Ability to maintain professional development
  • Good knowledge of NDIS Price Guide & NDIS Practice Standards
  • Experience with Incident & Conflict Management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and contribute within a diverse team setting
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good I.T Skills, confidence to navigate work Apps, SharePoint & Adobe Sign

Qualification & Licenses

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
  • Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
  • Diploma level in Community Services or similar (Highly Desirable)
