About The Role
We're looking for a casual detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our busy Glendenning Laboratory. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment supporting a technical team.

We are looking to fill this role
as soon as possible
and ideally seek someone who is
available to start immediately
(no notice period preferred).

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Processing laboratory documentation
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Assisting with accounts payable tasks
  • Providing general admin support to the laboratory team

This is a casual position with hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week between 5:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We're Seeking Someone Who Brings

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry (50+ WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Teamwork and a willingness to support others in the lab environment
