**Job description**
**Your New Role**
In the position of Office All Rounder located in Glendenning. You will bring excellent customer service, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem-solve and multitask. You will provide general administration and accounting support whilst being one of the first points of contact.
You will be joining a team of staff who are proactive, collaborative, and sociable. The role requires you to have excellent organizational skills as well as to be able to maintain professionalism and confidence under pressure.
**What you'll need to succeed**
**Responsibilities**
- Daily customer liaison, managing orders from order entry to accounts receivable and banking
- Manage phone calls and general reception duties
- General office administration and support
- Work closely with the project team and office
- Daily work record and liaison with site team
- Stock Control + Inventory Management
- Processing supplier and debtor invoices and liaising regarding any discrepancies
- General accounts payable/receivable processes,
- Maintaining customer and product records
- Customer, Manufacturer and Supplier liaising
- Filing and general administration
- Assist with inductions
- Prior experience with Quick Books/Reckon would be beneficial
**Skills and Experience**
- Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant
- Experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in office administration, customer service and/or accounts
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong oral and written communication & time management skills
- Advanced Data entry, Excel, Word and proficiency
- Provide sales / parts interpretation support to our valued customers and workshop employees.
- Order parts
