Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious New Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business partners to the Mega Rewards Platform. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship-building, strategic thinking, and have a proven track record in sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new businesses to partner with Mega Rewards
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our sponsorships and partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (2+ years).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
