Business Development Manager
to drive growth in these key markets.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our partners SaaS and digital engineering solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions that address complex industrial challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mining, Energy, Engineering Services, and Utilities sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell PROLIM's SaaS offerings and digital transformation services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, process simulation, engineering design, and operational systems integration.
  • Excellent prospecting and "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
