We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with a history of proven success to join our team at Nesuto WA.
This is a 'hunting' role where you will need to possess excellent networking and negotiation skills and a clear understanding of how to successfully canvas an allocated territory, to acquire new business. You must have the ability to build strong and profitable relationships with clients, Travel Management Companies and partners.
Nesuto WA has three Hotels, Nesuto Mounts Bay, Nesuto Curtin and Nesuto Geraldton. The role is based at Nesuto Mounts Bay.

The role involves:
- Develop strategic sales plans and provide input into individual property business plans.
- Liaise with Sales & Commercial team on promotional strategies and marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis including monitoring competitor activities to assist in marketing intelligence.
- Generate new business development, direct the tender process within the region and personally manage key accounts.
- Manage all TMC preferred partnership agreements to ensure production targets are met in line with contractual agreements.
- Target potential new key accounts for the property through TMC's or direct with Procurement Managers.
- Manage all strategic partnerships & memberships to drive incremental revenue, develop new business opportunities and showcase the Nesuto brand.
- Drive new business from the neighborhood prospecting programme, traditional hotel prospecting strategies (E.g.: arrivals list emails) and following up leads provided by the operations team.
- Engage and educate property teams on sales strategies to generate additional market leads.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Use extensive networks of contacts in the Corporate, MICE and TMC sectors to develop new business opportunities and then repeat business.
- Represent Nesuto at various events, tradeshows, exhibitions & conferences.
- Conduct sales activity as required onsite, offsite & regionally with clients to drive increased sales volumes and brand awareness.
- Investigate and address all feedback of key corporate accounts in a timely and professional manner and also conferring with team to resolve grievances.

Our ideal Business Development Manager will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar management level Sales role
