We provide a comprehensive financial and operational platform that supports end-to-end account processing, reconciliation, management reporting, inventory management, and powerful data analytics all tailored to the needs of hospitality venues.
With the acquisition of CTB AND CO, a leading kitchen management platform, we've expanded our offering to include menu engineering, supplier integration, food costing, and kitchen operations optimisation. Together, our ecosystem supports smarter, more profitable operations from the finance office to the kitchen floor.
About The Role
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to help drive the ongoing development and delivery of our proprietary platforms, supporting hundreds of hospitality venues across Australia.
You'll play a strategic and hands-on role managing multiple stakeholders from engineering and design to customer success and commercial teams ensuring features are prioritised and delivered on time, with real customer impact.
You'll also take ownership of our product delivery processes, from defining and refining the product roadmap, to championing Agile best practices, gathering user insights, and continuously improving the quality and speed of our releases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers to define, refine, and prioritise product features
- Ensure alignment with customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Manage the product roadmap and delivery schedule, ensuring consistent progress toward release milestones
- Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Facilitate effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and post-release reviews
- Gather and analyse feedback from users, internal teams, and market research to guide product improvements
- Work cross-functionally with Designers, Engineers, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth and cohesive product development
- Oversee testing and QA to ensure all features meet quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines or product quality
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of product decisions, features, and progress
- Contribute to strategic product planning and input on long-term roadmap evolution
About You
You're a hands-on, delivery-focused product professional with a passion for solving real problems. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are excited about building tech that powers the vibrant hospitality industry.
You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role (ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech)
- Experience delivering digital products using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA, backlog management, and sprint planning
- A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise and plan across multiple workstreams
- Proven success managing multiple stakeholders, including distributed and offshore teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach to product decisions
- Comfort working closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality software
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality tech, accounting tech, or platforms like Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero or POS systems.
