**About the opportunity**

Due to continued growth, this Yarraville food destination is looking to add an Assistant Manager to their ranks who will embody the 'people first' culture.

The business doesn't overcomplicate it's menu, systems or service style, yet provides a consistently solid product and a high level of customer service through friendly service and soul food side dishes.

You will be playing a supporting role to a ready made Restaurant Manager who is responsible for all business aspects. However, the Restaurant Manager can't be expected to be leading every area of the restaurant, day in and day out, so this position of Assistant Manager will focus on training and development, whilst undertaking all shift management duties in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

**_We are looking to connect with all Supervisors and Managers who enjoy casual dining._**
