Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hand car wash & detailing business . The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of workers while also being hands-on in supporting daily tasks. This role requires a balance of leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 7–10 workers to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Assist team members in daily car wash operations, including washing, detailing, and customer service as needed.
  • help organize shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maximize efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the car wash area.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies (cleaning products, equipment, uniforms) and place orders when necessary.
  • Report daily operations and performance updates to ownership/management.
  • Be able to get your hands dirty when its busy and help on the floor.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in car wash operations, automotive detailing, or team management preferred but NOT ESSENTIAL.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively while being hands-on when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
