Currently, we are on the lookout for a motivated individual with extensive experience in Events Operations

**The Role**:
Utilize your extensive experience to lead, optimize, and coordinate stock flow, driving overall performance. Manage and motivate a sizable, dedicated team, and bring your dynamic, proactive, and can-do leadership style to guide your team through a transformative journey.
- Supervise the stock control, warehousing, and transport functions, overseeing the flow of stock across all units.
- Ensure the quality control of all products leaving and returning to the warehouse.
- Take responsibility for staff expenditures and the achievement of budgetary targets, including forecasting and managing contract staff requirements.
- Manage the process between the Decommission (returned product) and Maintenance departments to ensure the best quality and availability of stock.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information between sales and operations, ensuring the fulfillment of all orders.
- Participate in staff recruitment and ensure that inductions and relevant on-the-job training are delivered to new staff in each business unit.
- Provide performance feedback, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in a comprehensive spectrum of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution.
- Emphasis on meticulous adherence to processes, compliance standards, and timely delivery.
- Robust people leadership skills with the capability to coach and nurture staff.
- Sound judgment and decisive decision-making abilities for autonomously managing a fast-paced, customer-centric operation.
- Confidence to perform effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks, and addressing competing demands, along with engaging various key stakeholders.
- Background in financial and budgetary control specifically related to warehouse operations.
- Complete familiarity with warehouse compliance, safety, and well-being practices.
