About the role:Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and diversity. CSR are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory accuracy and drive operational excellence at our Yarraville site on our afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, reconciliations, accuracy audits and stocktakes.
  • Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to strengthen operational outcomes by reviewing and improving on process.
  • Compile inventory data, analyse trends and variances, and share clear summaries with relevant teams to support decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost inventory accuracy, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with SAP; experience with Power BI and WMS will be highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Competence in MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook, with excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • A current forklift licence is advantageous.
