
Administration Support Coordinator

Elderbloom is currently seeking a part-time Administration Support Coordinator to provide administrative support, across Elderbloom Community Care Centres, who is flexible with working in different settings. This is a customer facing position that is vital for the effective functioning of our facilities and administration office. In this role you will be providing support to not only the facility, but also the residential care manager, care staff and administration staff. This role will be required to cover leave, so hours may vary from time to time.

The key responsibilities in this role are:
- Providing professional and friendly reception to our residents, their families, visitors and staff.
- Coordinating multiple systems.
- Coordinating communications of calls and emails.
- Assist with roster maintenance to support staff to meet service delivery requirements within the facility.
- Provide administrative support to all functions of the facilities, in order to ensure day-to-day operations, run smoothly.
- Provide support with assisting with new staff files, new residents and communications across the facilities.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a front facing administrative role, in a fast paced, dynamic environment; preferably in Aged Care.
- Strong computer and Microsoft literacy.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Proof of current flu vaccination.
- Current National Police Clearance (Valid as of 6-month) or willing to gain.
- Valid Australia work rights.
