Millennium Glass is looking for a marketing team member who is energetic, strong computer skills able to multitask whilst being customer service focused and who exudes confidence on the telephone and in person.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: Our clean, spacious, office and showroom at Burleigh Heads.

The main focus of this role

  • Manage the company's social media, google add words and digital platforms. Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters and website updates.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and be a back up on the phone for our admin team.
  • Manage showroom/ walk in clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials and content.

Qualifications & experience

  • Excellent communication skills in customer service
  • Have experience in multiple marketing and editing platforms
  • Have an eye for detail, Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High Computer competency and quick learner on a computer.
  • Fast typing speed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to persist; use initiative and find solutions.
  • General math skills and experience working with data
  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Display kindness and willingness to help.
