Experience or No Experience:

We have a position available for a Client Service Officer and general Admin staff. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer full training.

Where are you based?

You'll be working out of our Mermaid Beach office, where you can enjoy lunch at the beach or grab a free snack from the kitchen and relax in our breakout room with darts or pool.

What will my days look like?

We train our team in various areas to ensure a dynamic work experience. As part of the Client Relations Team, you'll work closely with our Financial Advisers. Depending on your strengths, your role may include:

  • Preparing client documentation
  • Communicating with clients, Super Funds, and Insurance Companies
  • Providing general admin support across the business
  • Data entry

To excel in this role, you should be confident on the phone with clients, possess empathy, and be able to build and sustain client relationships in just one call. Your role will evolve as you learn more, and so will your career opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and polite phone manner
  • Fluent English
