Business Development Manager – Sydney & NSW

Following the opening of our Sydney showroom, we're now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help grow our presence across Sydney and New South Wales.

About the Role

Working alongside our Sydney Showroom Manager and reporting directly to Oblica's directors, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the region.

You'll nurture relationships with architects, designers, and builders, driving sales and championing Oblica's brand values through every interaction.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role suited to someone who thrives on combining strategic thinking with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the architecture and design (A&D) community and with building professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive regional sales growth.
  • Represent Oblica's brand values, product excellence, and design ethos across the market.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

About You

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role representing premium or design-led products.
  • A strong existing network within the architecture and design community.
  • Passionate about design, architecture, and craftsmanship.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and an outstanding communicator.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
