About the role

This full-time Office Manager position at JMSR Australia in Carnegie, VIC 3163 will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth running of the business. Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the office and all administrative functions to optimise efficiency
  2. Oversee invoicing, accounting and general administration.
  3. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  4. Provide support to the leadership team and other departments as needed
  5. Act as the point of contact for business management, liaising with customers and B2B partners
  6. Work with team members and external consultants to facilitate company objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (3+ years) in an office management or administrative role
  2. Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, IT and inventory management software
  5. Understanding of office budgeting and cost control
  6. Full P&L responsibility and advanced budget preparation experience required
  7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
  8. Australian citizenship is required for this position
