David’s Hot Pot is renowned for delivering authentic Sichuan-style hot pot and a variety of mouth-watering spicy Sichuan dishes. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager to join our dynamic team. We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our team at David’s Hot Pot in Carnegie on a full -time basis. If you are enthusiastic about Sichuan cuisine and have a flair for creating flavourful dishes, we want to hear from you

**About the position**:
**Key Responsibilities：**
- Overseeing daily operation, including staff scheduling,
- Regular inspection tour to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service;
- Manage and mentor a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff;
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene;
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally;
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking;
- Manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control;
- Personal recruitment, training and supervising;
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions;
- Planning and organizing special functions or promotional activities.

**Skills required**:

- Relevant qualifications or at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Have effective communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situation.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Understanding of management and reporting practices.
- Familiar with regulations in health and food safety;
- Passion, optimistic, customer-oriented and high sense of team cooperation;

**Remuneration**:

- $74,000 + Super + bonus
- Employee discounts on meals and merchandise
- Working 38h hours per week.
