Job description:
The core purpose of the role is to provide support to the Credit Team Leader through the recovery and timely processing of due and outstanding debts. There is a strong focus on executing and maintaining effective relationships with agency customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Building rapport with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Proactively anticipating issues arising from key customer ledger and responding to customer queries.

Ownership over internal debtor management system.

Prepare and present information from individual ledger to the Credit Team Leader.

Processing of credit notes in accordance with company policy.
Required skills and attributes:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Professional attitude and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail, great organisational and time-management skills.

Strong ability to solve problems, offer solutions, and make decisions.

Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite specifically in excel.
