Our Client's offer all facets of building surveying throughout Australia and have been doing so since 2003.

They deal with Building designers, architects, developers, owners and builders devising solutions to save time and money, without compromising compliance.

Their mission is to provide advice, solutions, and permits for all types

of buildings, and to always go above and beyond for the client in order to achieve the desired outcome.

As an Office Manager / PA you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment as well as provide support to Directors and Staff.

Your role will include:

- Prepare correspondence, reports and documents.
- Invoicing, fee proposals
- Budgeting and analysis
- Purchase office supplies
- Revise agreements to be up to date
- Update and maintain databases
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members
- Liaise with internal staff at all times
- Assist in the preparation of letters and documents as
requested
- Assist in coordinating the scheduling and organising of
inspection requests and data entry of results
- Assisting the owner with adhoc P/A duties

Key Selection Criteria
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to liaise with authorities, clients and the general public and develop appropriate response systems.
- Excellent command of Word, Excel and CRM
