Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Owners Corporation Manager. This is a new portfolio which we will build through organic growth - aiming to consist of ~750 Lots of predominately Tier 1 and 2 properties. You will have two dedicated support team members (Trust Accounts and Operations). While this is a fast-paced, fast-moving environment - we are very collaborative and work to support each other. Candidates interested in helping to modernise and digitise the industry should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent client service for our communities
  • Prepare and present reports on financial performance, maintenance schedules, and other property management issues
  • Lead your Pod (team) - which includes Trust Accounts and Operations support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Owners Corporation team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Economics or Real Estate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PropertyIQ, Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
