**Asset Finance Broker Support - Administration**
**Location**: Carnegie Office (Hybrid: 1-2 days WFH after probation)

As part of our **small but high-performing team**, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and client-focused lending process.
We partner with **leading industry referral partners** and **top-tier clients across a wide range of industries**, giving you exposure to diverse transactions and complex funding solutions. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Document Collection**: Liaise with clients to gather and verify all required financial documentation, such as invoices, financial statements, and identification.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, lenders, and referral partners, ensuring all parties are informed throughout the finance process.
- **Analysis & Research**: Conduct product comparisons, review finance structures, and support brokers with scenario analysis.
- **Compliance Support**: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of compliance and regulatory documentation.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage correspondence, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
**About You**
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within **asset finance**, commercial finance, or equipment finance is highly regarded.
- **Asset Finance Expertise**:Experience in asset finance credit and settlement is highly favoured**, but not essential.
- **Qualifications**: Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) preferred. **Additional qualifications specific to asset finance** will be viewed favourably.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in loan processing and CRM software, with confidence using digital tools.
- **Financially Literate**: Strong understanding of financial statements, BAS, tax returns, and cash flow documents.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative individual who thrives in a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
