- A passion for innovation, sustainability, and improving communities through smart lighting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Market Development
- Own and grow the commercial success of the
NSW region
across both new and existing market segments. - Develop and implement a clear, sustainable sales strategy aligned with national and global goals.
- Manage your own portfolio of key accounts while identifying new opportunities across commercial and government sectors.
- Deliver
technical sales support
, lighting design guidance, and consultative solutions to customers. - Drive brand awareness and promote high-quality lighting solutions in smart city, solar, sports, and infrastructure applications.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM and reporting tools.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate
the NSW sales team to meet and exceed sales and profit targets. - Coach team members with clear KPIs, regular feedback, and in-field support.
- Support sales efforts through joint client visits, presentations, and account strategy planning.
Strategy & Market Insight
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
- Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives based on real-world feedback.
- Help shape and support the company's
long-term vision
in the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years' sales leadership experience, ideally in lighting, infrastructure, or construction.
