Internal Sales Professional

Gorman-Rupp
brand.

We are seeking an
enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Professional
to deliver industry-leading service to our customers and provide vital support to our external sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accurate quotes and processing orders
  • Assisting with pump selection (full training provided)
  • Providing responsive support to our external sales team
  • Delivering the highest standard of customer service
  • Placing orders with overseas suppliers and booking freight
  • Managing varied administrative and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous sales experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to handle both internal and external customer needs
  • A passion for achieving results and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • (Desirable) Experience with pumps or technical products
