  • Full Time position based in Sydney
  • $65,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commission
  • Laptop and phone provided
  • On-site work with client visits

Are you:
 Ready to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while building and managing a robust pipeline of business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face appointments, and relationship building?

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals?
  • Open to coaching and eager to learn new sales techniques and approaches?
  • Resilient in the face of rejection, maintaining a positive and optimistic outlook?

Do you have experience with:

  • Cold calling and generating new business leads through various methods?
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients?
  • Managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing?
  • Achieving targets in a results-driven environment?

Essentials:

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Capital Transport is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business leads and managing client relationships to ensure retention while meeting sales targets.
