Supply Chain Transformation Lead

Position Overview
- As the Supply Chain Transformation Lead at Hunter Douglas ANZ, you will spearhead major cross-functional integration initiatives, including the high-impact Project Blue Ocean and the post-acquisition integration of businesses like Wynstan. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations—ensuring seamless alignment across regions, functions, and cultures to support growth and transformation. Your work will directly influence our business continuity, transformation maturity, and operational success across ANZ. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
What you'll do
- Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs including Project Blue Ocean and acquisition integrations.
- Manage scope, planning, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment from discovery to post-go-live review.
- Apply best-in-class project methodologies to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align functional leaders from HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver cohesive, integrated outcomes.
- Harmonise systems and workflows across sites in Sydney, Auckland, and other locations.
- Ensure strong interlock between core Hunter Douglas teams, acquired entities, and global stakeholders.
- Operational Integration
- Lead transformation of systems and processes across customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
- Implement proven integration methodologies, drawing from lessons learned on past projects like Wynstan.
- Drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across all touchpoints.
- Risk & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and cultural risks through detailed planning and active monitoring.
- Lead cultural integration, change management, and engagement initiatives that ensure a smooth transition for teams.
- Serve as a visible and influential change agent within transformation programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with senior leaders to support evidence-based decision making and alignment.
- Build trust and influence across departments, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Coordinate executive reporting and stakeholder updates with transparency and impact.
- Performance & Impact Tracking
- Define KPIs for integration success across people, process, and performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven updates and program dashboards to leadership teams.
- Implement ongoing feedback loops for continuous improvement and learning.
Who you are
- Experienced in leading complex integration or transformation projects across regions.
- Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable working across all levels.
- Background in M&A, operational change, or multi-site environments.
- Commercially minded with solid project and change management skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organised under pressure.
- Hands-on, empathetic leader who brings people along the journey.
