- A sharp commercial mindset and a passion for closing meaningful, solution-driven deals.
- A consultative selling style that builds trust across stakeholders — from specifiers to end-users.
- Confidence to work independently, paired with a collaborative approach to team success.
- Solid knowledge of the lighting industry, including smart city, solar, sports, and roadway applications.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and a knack for building lasting relationships.
- Curiosity for market trends, new technologies, and the future of smart, sustainable lighting.
- Ability to win complex, high-value projects and manage multiple stakeholders through the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- Must have 4+ years' experience in the Lighting industry or electrical, preferably in Infrastructure and Roadway.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and proposal documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
