Do you have experience in audio-visual integration, live events, or the Pro AV industry — and want a new challenge with a Monday-to-Friday schedule?

National Audio Systems (NAS) is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading Pro Audio & AV Distribution companies, and we're looking for a Key Sales / Account Manager to join our NSW team. This role will lead high-impact sales initiatives and build strong client relationships across the NSW/ACT audio-visual industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across NSW/ACT
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to drive regional growth
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver tailored AV solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years in the audio-visual industry
  • 3+ years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Advanced knowledge of AV installation and pro audio technologies
  • A proactive attitude and self-starter that thinks outside of the box.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident in both team collaboration and self-driven work
  • NSW Driver's License required
  • Experience with sales planning, pipeline development, and prospecting
  • A passion for tech, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships
