Solar Market has been helping Australians make the switch to solar for over a decade. As part of a well-established group, we operate one of Australia's largest solar lead marketplaces, connecting hundreds of consumers every month with reputable solar retailers around the country.

Our mission is to make solar simple, transparent, and accessible for households and businesses. With demand in WA continuing to grow, we're expanding our team and looking for two experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join us.

The Role

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified WA leads. Acting as a trusted adviser, you'll guide customers through their solar options, prepare tailored proposals, and help them choose the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads within 1 business day
  • Prepare and present proposals using our quoting tools
  • Clearly explain solar, battery, EV charger and hot water solutions
  • Follow up with leads to maximise conversion
  • Achieve sales targets through customer-focused solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Stay up to date with WA solar incentives and market trends

About You

  • Proven sales experience in solar PV, batteries, or energy solutions
  • Knowledge of WA incentives (Synergy, DEBS, rebates)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Motivated by results and able to work to KPIs
  • A passion for renewable energy and helping customers save
