  • offers carbon accounting and consulting to clients.

About the Role

As a
Sales Executive
, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients. You will:

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in installing solar, battery storage, or consulting services.
  • Conduct meetings (in person and online) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop proposals.
  • Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Work Conditions

  • Hybrid role: combination of remote work, office presence, and client site visits;
  • Applicants must be based in Western Australia;
  • A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are required to attend meetings across Perth and regional WA; and
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (valid visa or residency).

About You

You will have:

  • Previous experience in sales;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • A proactive, results-driven approach;
  • Confidence in meeting clients and building relationships;

  • Basic knowledge of solar or batteries (preferred, but training will be provided).

Competitive base salary plus sales commission structure, to be discussed with shortlisted candidates
