We're seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management professional to keep our clients thriving in Australia's fast-growing solar and battery industry. This 6-month contract covers a transition period as we reshape our technology and management structure, with the potential for a newly created permanent Management Team role afterwards.

We are one of the largest solar sales lead marketplaces in Australia, delivering a critical sales channel for the country's top solar companies.

The Role

As Sales & Account Management Specialist, you'll be the key partner for our solar installer clients – ensuring they see strong returns and stay with us long-term.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Drive new business by onboarding solar companies and converting them into long-term clients

  • Build strong relationships with solar companies to secure repeat sales and loyalty

  • Maximise our solar company clients' ROI from our sales leads, ensuring they see measurable results

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve retention

  • Leverage client feedback to shape our AI tools and sharpen our value proposition

  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Support to deliver outcomes that increase revenue and retention

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced sales, account management and customer success professional who is able to demonstrate tangible past results

  • Commercial thinker – balances client needs with business outcomes

  • Strong relationship builder with a confident email and phone manner

  • Process driven who multiplies their output utilising CRM automation tools

  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a hybrid/remote environment

  • Bonus points for:

  • Solar PV industry experience

  • HubSpot experience
