About the role

Plico - Starling Energy Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Electrician Apprentice to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry while completing your electrical apprenticeship.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar PV and battery systems
  2. Work alongside experienced battery solar electricians to learn the trade
  3. Complete all required electrical apprenticeship training and coursework
  4. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial clients

What we're looking for

  1. Third Year apprentices and above please
  2. Previous experience in the solar industry is advantageous
  3. Genuine interest in renewable energy and the electrical trade
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  6. Good communication and customer service skills
  7. Willingness to learn and develop your skills
  8. A valid driver's licence
