Positive Energy Solutions is the leading solar and battery solutions provider based in Osborne Park, Perth WA. We're a locally owned and operated company of solar industry professionals. In 2024 Positive Energy Solutions were the 2nd largest residential battery installers in WA according to the Sunwiz 2025 Annual Report.

We focus on the mid to premium side of the market and focus on tailored solutions for the end user. As a business we spend time with our clients to create the best solution for them, in our showroom in Osborne Park and detailed consultation over the phone and in home.

With the announcement of both a State and Federal battery rebate the business is experiencing a level of unprecedented growth and seeking additional sales members for an immediate start.

About the Role

We are looking for Sales Consultants who consider themselves the best in the industry and have a proven track record of achieving above average targets. The consultants must also have a detailed understanding of the solar and battery market in WA and operate with the customer's best interests in mind at all times.

  • Completing consultations face to face in our showroom
  • Conducting consultations over the phone
  • Providing detailed solutions for customers
  • Working with the team to maximise lead efficiency
  • Full time role based in the Osborne Park showroom
  • Work hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday

About the Person

  • Proven history of being the best sales performer
  • Detailed understanding of the WA solar and battery market
  • Detailed understanding on solar and battery system design
  • Detailed understanding of compliance and regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft and CRM databases
