We're expanding our Perth team and looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Closerto conduct in-home solar and battery assessments, present tailored solutions, and close high-converting deals.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Meet pre-qualified, warm leads—no cold calling or door knocking.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, assessing energy usage and property suitability.
  • Present compelling, customised solar + battery solutions using design platforms like Pylon, OpenSolar, and Nearmaps.
  • Guide customers through their solar journey—educating, building trust, and closing with confidence.
  • Clearly communicate savings, financial benefits, and environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale handover.
  • Stay informed on product developments, incentives, and rebates to provide maximum value.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales closing experience, preferably in solar, home improvement, or other in-home services.
  • Strong knowledge of solar and battery systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills—you know how to listen, influence, and seal the deal.
  • Self-driven and target-focused, with the ability to work independently while following up diligently.
  • Familiarity with tools like Pylon, OpenSolar, Nearmaps, and CRMs is a plus.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport for in-home visits.
