The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Consultant (Entry Level) to join our Bayswater team.

You'll be the friendly face (and voice) that helps trade and retail customers find the right products, prepare quotes, and process orders, all while learning the ropes from experienced mentors in our business.

If you enjoy helping people, have an interest in building, design, or home improvement, and want to grow a stable career, this is your start.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist trade and retail customers in-store and by phone
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product advice
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups and product displays
  • Learn our core ranges — doors, hardware, timber, decking, and panelling
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to get products where they need to go
