Chroma Group is seeking a HSEQ Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone with elite Procore skills and 2-3 years site experience with Tier 1, 2, or 3 builders as a Project Coordinator or HSE Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSEQ Management System on Procore
  • Assist with monitoring and support compliance across multiple projects
  • Provide HSEQ administrative support to site teams
  • Contribute to a positive and proactive safety & quality culture

Requirements:

  • Extensive Procore experience essential
  • Experience with a reputable builder (Tier 1, 2, or 3)
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ systems and compliance obligations
  • Certificate III or IV WHS and advantage
  • Australian citizenship required for this position

Location: Sydney (some travel will be required)
