We're looking for a HSEQ Coordinator to join our People & HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) team and support a culture of care and continuous improvement across our dynamic, multi-division business.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with the Group People & HSEQ Manager to support:

  • Systems mapping and continuous improvement across HSEQ and people processes
  • Documentation, workflows, and dashboards that align with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 45003
  • Training material and policy development that connects people, safety, environment, and quality
  • Project support for leadership development, audits, and risk reviews
  • Data storytelling, visualisation, and reporting that links the dots between operational activity, culture, and performance

This is a hybrid role where attention to detail meets big-picture thinking—perfect for someone who wants to be part of meaningful transformation in a real-world operational environment.

What we're looking for

  • Naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy asking "Why does this work this way?"
  • A confident communicator—able to translate complex ideas into plain English and create user-friendly documents
  • Familiar (or keen to learn) with frameworks like HOP, ISO standards, WHS legislation, and risk management
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and collaborative tools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction/manufacturing industry regulations and best practices
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
