Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, documentation collection and assessment
  • Maintain supplier records and track compliance (insurance, HSEQ, contracts)
  • Help categorise suppliers by risk and importance
  • Support internal teams to streamline supplier processes
  • Communicate with suppliers on key updates and requirements
  • Act as a key contact for supplier queries and engagement activities.

Skills, experience and competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Experience in supplier admin, vendor management or procurement support
  • Skilled in managing documents, systems, and workflows
  • Someone who understands procurement, risk, or compliance principles
  • A team player who is able to work across divisions and departments
