About the role

As a Workforce Coordinator you play a massive part in the experience of our Participants and Support Workers. You make sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. Sounds simple, but anyone who has done rostering knows it is anything but.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, based at our Newcastle Head Office.

What you'll need
  • Experience rostering 24/7 supports in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work closely with a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Confident computer skills including MS Office
  • First Aid certificate or willingness to get one
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to get one
  • NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to get one
  • Current driver's licence
